Nate helped my family sell my dad's condo after my dad passed, and his communication with us was phenomenal. He was good at setting realistic expectations while still being encouraging, answering all our questions, and guiding us through the whole process. From that experience, I knew I wanted his help buying my own home months later. Nate and Andrew were UNBELIEVABLY wonderful during the entire house hunting and buying process.
